Smoking is one of the habits many people in the world which is not beneficial to the smoker himself and his surrounding. people realize this phenomena is not good and want to stop it but never been so easy, especially when one has been heavily addicted. However,it doesn’t mean you can not leave this bad habit. There are some ways can be done to stop smoking. The following could be an effective tip to stop inhaling this poisonous smoke.
This can be done step by step, day by day reduce the amount of cigarettes you smoke until you can get rid of it totally. Your strong motivation is the prime key of success.
Analyze your smoking habit, for example, what time you smoke the most, the times you want to smoke automatically.This is helpful to brake and control your desire to smoke.

State by yourself reasons why you have to stop smoking, and always remember them.
Try to divert your desire to smoke by taking non sugar candy. Aviod activities dealing with smoke such as going to bar, pub and frequently get together with people while they are smoking.
Stop drinking coffee. Drink more water especially in the morning. Do more exercise of light sport such as jogging, walking to distract the will to smoke.
At the first few weeks, consume more low calorie food.

Most of us have a little problems with our oral health care maintenance. According to a research 1 out of 4 persons has problem with the mouth odor, gums diseases. Small  bacterias live in colony occupy our mouth, teeth, lips and tounge. Although we brush our teeth regularly we are not free from the bacterias. There is no wonder that those who are lazy to brush their teeth will frequently have problems with teeth. Basically, it depens on our self conciousness to protect our teeth and make them keep on shining. Here are some tips how to save your teeth :

For Teeth Health
Eat more pulses everyday such as red rice, oatmeal, wheat bread. Eat fresh vegetables and more fruits especially the orange ones.

Preventing Teeth Damages
Control your meals and snack. Foods containing acid may cause demineralization ( loss of salt excessively ) and erotion on teeth. Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Chewing gum candy with no sugar containing xylitol ( natural sugar ) can be helpful to minimize the risk of tooth with cavity. Stop smoking and consuming tobacco in any kinds.
